KYC Compliance: We register with Know Your Client Registration Agency (KRA)

.Risk Profiling and Suitability: A proper and unbiased risk profiling and suitability assessment is conducted for each client.

Annual Audit: We conduct regular annual audits to ensure compliance.

Complaint Disclosure:The status of complaints, if any, is disclosed transparently on our website.

Company Information Disclosure: We clearly disclose our business name, proprietor's name, registration details, address, and relevant SEBI regional office information on our website.

Qualified Employees: Only qualified and certified employees are employed to provide investment advice.

Official Communication: All communication with clients is conducted exclusively through our official channels.

Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines):

Client Onboarding: Ensuring a seamless and transparent onboarding process.

Sharing Agreement Copy: Providing a copy of the agreement to all clients.

KYC Completion: Assisting clients in completing their KYC requirements.

Disclosure: Offering full disclosure about our business practices, affiliations, and compensation in the client agreement.

Client Accounts:We do not access or manage client accounts or holdings while providing investment advice.

Risk Profiling: We disclose each client's risk profile and provide tailored investment advice based on this profile and the suitability of the client.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

Initial Complaint: In case of any grievances, investors should first approach Reddito Capital Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd. for resolution within 30 days.

Escalation to SEBI: 2. If the complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, investors may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal, a centralized web-based complaints redressal system. SCORES allows investors to track the status of their complaint.

Physical Complaints: 3. Investors can send their complaints via post to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051.

Investor Responsibilities: Do’s and Don’ts

3. Check SEBI’s list of registered Investment Advisers: SEBI Registered Investment Advisers.

4. Pay advisory fees only through official banking channels and keep signed receipts.

5. Insist on risk profiling before accepting any investment advice.

6. Ask relevant questions and clear all doubts with the adviser before acting on advice.

7. Evaluate the risk-return profile, liquidity, and safety of any investment before proceeding.

8. Obtain and carefully read written terms and conditions regarding fees, advisory plans, and recommendations.

9. Stay vigilant with all your transactions and seek redressal when in doubt.

10. Inform SEBI if any adviser offers guaranteed returns.

Don’ts:

1. Do not fall for stock tips disguised as investment advice.

2. Never provide investment funds directly to the adviser.

3.Do not believe in promises of assured or exorbitant returns.

4. Avoid acting on advertisements or market rumors without verification.

5. Avoid basing transactions solely on phone calls or messages from advisers.

7. Don’t make decisions based solely on repeated calls or messages from an adviser.

8. Be wary of limited-period discounts or gifts offered by advisers.

9. Do not rush into investments that do not align with your risk appetite and financial goals.

10. Never share your trading or demat account credentials with an adviser.
